       It has been a pleasure to work with Crystal of Champeau Consulting in regard to starting up my private practice. I had held a vision for having one someday and Crystal put my vision into reality. She was empathic, patient, and kind, providing guidance every step of the way. She was incredibly responsive and timely with completion of projects. 

       I felt that the initial consultation and explanation of services available was clear and well described. Crystal reviewed the various services that could be useful for my practice, without pressure to pursue them. Champeau covers a large spectrum of services that support businesses and entrepreneurs, displaying their expertise and knowledge regarding the healthcare field. 

       Crystal's knowledge of health care based systems and associated legal considerations made me feel incredibly safe and trusting. She also offered to assist me in connecting with vendors, third parties, and legal consultation to ensure my services are meeting quality control standards. 

       The consultation process was well organized from our first meeting and I felt incredibly supported as Crystal inquired about short and long term goals. During our time working together it was clear that she was not just “setting up a website,” or advising my process; she was invested in me and my business. Prior to finding Champeau, I received several quotes regarding design work for my practice, and that is exactly what it was, a quote and an assignment. Champeau takes high regard for client selection and ensures that they believe in the mission of their clients, which in my opinion sets them far above the rest.
